What Goldman, JP Morgan and UBS are quietly telling their wealthiest clients to buy.
Every month, the world's largest wealth-management banks issue fresh upgrades to clients with seven- and eight-figure portfolios. We collect those upgrades, then run every name through the GIP filter. You get the bank's conviction and our independent vetting. One report. No noise.
Bank research is gold. If you can get it.
The biggest wealth-management banks in the world employ entire floors of research analysts. Their best work — the stocks they actually tell their richest clients to buy this month — sits behind a private-bank velvet rope reserved for portfolios of $10m and up.
Even when those upgrades leak into the public domain, retail investors face two problems. The list is too long — every bank pushes dozens of names a quarter, most of which will not beat the index. And there is no filter — you cannot tell which upgrades carry real conviction and which are dressing-up exercises.
So the average investor either ignores bank research entirely, or follows it badly. Both options cost money.
Their conviction. Our filter. Your edge.
Each month we collect the live upgrades from seven of the largest wealth-management research desks in the world, then put every single name through the GIP screening criteria. Only the stocks that pass on both sides — the bank's view and ours — earn a place in the final report. The rest are listed transparently with the reason they didn't make the cut.
The seven research desks we read every month.
Combined assets under management measured in the trillions. Combined research output measured in the thousands of pages. We read it so you don't have to.
The two-filter process.
A name only earns a place in the monthly Bank Wealth Selections report if it survives both filters. Anything that passes Filter 1 but fails Filter 2 is published in the report as a Non-Special Situation, with the specific reason it didn't qualify.
The stock must already be a Buy at a major wealth-management research desk.
Not a passing mention. Not a sell-side note from a junior analyst. An active, current Buy rating from a tier-1 wealth manager whose clients pay seven figures for the privilege of seeing it first.
- Issued by a major brand-name wealth manager bank
- Underlying research desk manages $1bn–$10bn+ AUM
- Reasonable 12-month return projection of 40%+
- Where applicable, hedge-fund track record of 40% p.a. for 3+ years
It must also pass the same screen we use for every GIP idea.
The bank's view is necessary but not sufficient. Every name then has to clear our independent technical and fundamental tests — the same ones every Special Situation in GIP has to pass.
- Rising MACD monthly from oversold
- Value–Growth–Income score of 7, 8, 9 or 10
- Multiple reward-to-risk ratio on entry
- Defined exit rules, applied without emotion
Every monthly report contains four things.
Built to the same standard a private bank issues to a $10m client. Designed to be read in 20 minutes and acted on the same day.
Special Situations
Names backed by a major wealth-manager bank that also meet the full GIP technical and fundamental criteria. The highest-conviction picks of the month — these get full chart, target and exit treatment.
Non-Special Situations
Bank-upgraded names with a credible 40%+ projection but which fail one or more GIP screens. Listed transparently with a clear note on what they didn't pass — so you can decide for yourself if the higher risk is worth it.
Charts, Targets & Exits
Every name comes with a weekly/monthly chart, the 12-month projected target, the analyst-rating breakdown across reporting periods, and the GIP exit rules. You know how it ends, not just how it starts.
Risk Tier Tagged
Bank Wealth Selections are tagged Risk Level 8+. If your investor profile is more conservative, the report tells you to skip it. We would rather you ignore an idea than over-reach for it.
Private-bank quality. Filtered for everyday investors.
"Most retail investors will never see a Goldman or JP Morgan upgrade until it has already moved the price. By then it is too late to be useful. The point of this report is to close that gap — to put institutional-grade research in front of you the same week the banks themselves are acting on it, with our independent screen layered on top."
Suitability — please read before opening the report.
